By using these services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
Website Information and Services
Our websites provide general information about construction, remodeling, kitchen design, consultation, and related services. Website content is not a binding proposal, construction agreement, warranty, or guarantee. Project scope, pricing, payment schedules, warranties, timelines, change orders, cancellation rights, and other project-specific obligations are governed only by a separately signed written agreement.
Submitting a form or requesting an appointment does not guarantee acceptance of a project or a particular appointment time. Appointments and services are subject to confirmation, availability, licensing requirements, site conditions, and execution of any required written agreement.
Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate and current contact and project information. You are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to provide any address, telephone number, email address, project information, photographs, or other materials you submit.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse our websites or communications, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation or security, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, or use our content or systems for fraudulent or abusive purposes.
Intellectual Property
Website designs, text, photographs, graphics, logos, videos, and other content are owned by or licensed to Wilson Contracting, LLC unless otherwise stated. Text Messaging Programs
Wilson Contracting Customer Communications Program
Users who opt in may receive text messages from Wilson Contracting, LLC concerning project inquiries, consultation and appointment details, estimate or project updates, customer support, service notifications, and—when separately authorized—marketing messages, service announcements, and special offers.
Kokomo Kitchens Customer Communications Program
Users who opt in may receive text messages from Wilson Contracting, LLC doing business as Kokomo Kitchens concerning kitchen project inquiries, design consultations, appointment details, estimate or project updates, customer support, service notifications, and—when separately authorized—marketing messages, service announcements, and special offers.
Consent and Message Frequency
Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, appointments, project activity, and communication preferences. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
Opting Out
You may cancel SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive messages from that messaging program unless you later opt in again. To rejoin, submit a new opt-in through the applicable website form or otherwise provide valid consent again.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wilson Contracting, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from your use of or inability to use the websites or online communication services. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law or to obligations expressly stated in a signed project agreement.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date and will apply to future use of the websites and services after posting.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
